Debra S Deckard, CPA.CFF, CSEP and CGMA is a managing partner of Turpen & Deckard LLC with overall responsibility for achieving the firm's goals and growth plans. She is ultimately responsible for employee and client satisfaction for the firm. She has specific oversight of audit and accounting and the firm's technology practice.
Before beginning her career at Turpen & Deckard LLC in 1991 she attended Oakland City University on an academic scholarship and attained a BS in Accounting and her MBA from Oakland City University.
Through her position as a CPA, Debra has served on the Peer Review Committee and Leadership Cabinet at the Indiana CPA Society. Locally she serves as secretary of the board for Lawrence County Economic Growth Council and is a former president of the Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of Leadership Lawrence County.
Debra and her husband Dewey reside in Bedford. She enjoys camping, hiking, biking and traveling.

Jade worked part-time at Turpen & Deckard, LLC through high school and college, and transitioned to full-time in December of 2006. She was raised in Bedford, Indiana where she attended Bedford North Lawrence High School. In December of 2006, Jade graduated from Indiana University with a Bach

Jade worked part-time at Turpen & Deckard, LLC through high school and college, and transitioned to full-time in December of 2006. She was raised in Bedford, Indiana where she attended Bedford North Lawrence High School. In December of 2006, Jade graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Business with dual majors in Accounting and Business Information Systems. She passed the CPA exam and became a licensed CPA in May 2008. She is an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor in Payroll, Desktop, and Online. Jade is a member of the Indiana CPA Society and AICPA.
In her spare time outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She loves camping, traveling, and watching her kids play sports.

served on the Lawrence County Council, one year as President and the Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce, two years as Chairman of the Board. He also volunteered as the treasurer for the Lawrence County 4-H Fair Board for over 10 years. He has been a partner of the accounting firm of Turpen &
Deckard since its inception in 2014.
